In the heart of the mountain pasture Sigeroulaz above Vercorin, the Adventure Forest invites you to experience new feelings in full safety. You will move at your own rhythm from tree to tree, challenging various obstacles as: suspension bridges, lianas, tyroliennes, etc. Two runs will allow everybody to find their level of adventure.

The scooter has 2 cross-country wheels and brakes and makes it possible to go down at one’s rhythm to the village of Vercorin on the beaten land road, through the mountain pastures.
Adrenalin guaranteed!
Approximately one hour duration, for children as of 10 and adults (children between 10 and 15 who are not accompanied by an adult must show a written agreement signed by their parents).

|
During your stay at Vercorin, don't forget to bring your boule or petanque set! You will find several pitches available throughout the village, for example at the Café du Téléphérique, at thehotel d’Orzival, on the central play area next to the "hotel des Mayens", as well as at the Lavioz sports center. Have a lot of fun! |

Lavioz' sports center |
|
Just above Vercorin, the sports center is a place open to all to practice your favorite sports.
In winter the gentle sloping snowgarden has two teleskis. A natural ice rink offers a chance to improve your style or play hockey - and don't forget sledging and snowtubing (giant rubber tyres on ice)!
In summer different areas cater for football or tennis and local petanque, whilst your children play and enjoy the paddling pool! Relaxe on the sunny terrace of the buvette whilst enjoying local wine specialities and taste dishes like fondue, typical walliser plate, paninis or pancakes. The buvette also proposes a free Web access.
The buvette is open every day non-stop during the high touristical season, from 9am to 8pm. |

Ferme agrotouristique, l’Arche des Crétillons |

Set in the heart of Wallis the site is practically the last area of natural lowaltitude praire of the Canton. We are happy to welcome you on an educational visit to show you our animals - herence race of cattle, different goats including dwarf goats, suffolk sheep, vietnamese pigs and poultry as well as donkeys. You can also see our flora and taste our homemade products like veal, lamb, new-laid eggs and speciality lamb sausages.

Le Sentier des Marmottes |
|
Le Sentier des Marmottes commence au sommet du Crêt-du-Midi. Il faut compter une heure de marche jusqu’à Sigeroulaz, la station intermédiaire de la télécabine. Sept postes ludiques et didactiques jalonnent le parcours et vous permettront d’une part de mesurer votre adresse sur divers jeux, d’autre part d’apprendre tous les petits secrets du monde des marmottes. Au départ du sentier se trouve le Parc à Marmottes, habité par quatre couples. Avec un brin de chance mais surtout beaucoup de silence, vous pourrez vous en approcher à seulement quelques mètres!
Parc et sentier didactique réalisés en coopération avec le service cantonal de la chasse.

Swimming pools |

Escale méditerranéenne au lac de Géronde... Piscine en plein air, plage de gazon, beach-volley et pédalos font de Géronde et de son lac une petite station balnéaire à elle toute seule. Sis au milieu de collines et de vignobles, c’est un véritable lieu de détente et de plaisir à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Sierre. Pour les plus romantiques, les balades autour de ses rives, bercées par les clapotis des cygnes ou les croâs des crapauds, ne vous laisseront pas indifférents.

Vous trouverez à la rubrique "Pour en savoir plus" tous les contacts nécessaires pour vous procurer cette liste et obtenir des informations complémentaires sur ce service.
En passant à notre Office, vous avez également la possibilité d'obtenir des informations ainsi que la liste des baby-sitters, contre signature. Nous vous proposons également un contact pour une "maman de jour" (éducatrice diplômée), qui saura vous rendre service de façon appropriée.

Vercorin proposes a picnic place on the Mount at the top of the village, equipped with drinking water, tables and benches. The place is free and booking the tables is not obligatory but recommended, if you want to be assured to get them. Take care of this place, especially if you light a fire during a particularly dry period!

Near the hamlet of Briey between Chalais and Vercorin there are two roofed places with tables for picnic as well as a grill. Please pay attention: camping is forbidden there.
