Starting from the village centre, this easily walkable path will take you around the Mont de Vercorin. A viewpoint located at the departure point of the paragliders offers you a breathtaking view of the valley beyond Sion. You will also be able to admire the Rhone plain which offers a magical panorama. For a more sporting approach, the Parcours Vita offers training in a wonderful setting.
The theme of the educational trail is the functions played by the forest, its value, its vulnerability and the pressures it faces. The last panel is dedicated to the grazing of donkeys on the terraces of the Mont. To conserve our forests, it is necessary for everyone to adopt respectful behaviour and to be well informed. Let's take advantage of the services provided by the forest and pass it on intact to future generations!
