Brasserie La Music'Ale
Our brewery combines two passions: beer and music. The water of the Valaisan Alps for refreshing beers and music for the inspiration of our recipes, here is an association that will awaken your taste buds!
Production and sale of artisanal beers. Visits with tasting and explanation of the brewing process are possible on reservation (max 10 persons).
• Funky White Drummer : An unfiltered oak-smoked white beer with floral aromas and refreshing citrus notes to quench your thirst after a funky rhythm!
• Brass Trumpet : Blonde beer, soft and balanced. Hopped raw, it develops tropical fruit and apricot aromas. Golden and round like a jazz trumpet!
• Black Trombone : Black beer with a lot of body but light in alcohol. Notes of coffee and cocoa are present. Gourmet with dessert or festive with an aperitif, so you don't brood!
• Bitter Slap : Amber beer "Indian Pale Ale". It highlights all the subtleties of bitter and aromatic hops. The fruity aromas of melon are balanced with the pronounced bitterness of this beer, until you forget its alcohol content. Guaranteed slap in the face?
