The path named “A la découverte du vieux village” (Discontinuer the old village) gives pride of place to the history of the village of Vercorin. A brochure and plaques affixed to buildings of interest help orient the visitor. Guided tours are also available upon request. Like the path “From Chalais to the chalets”, this one also includes a panel that points walkers to the other paths.
