The Flavours of the Vallon (gourmet walk)

Set off to explore the magnificent Vallon de Réchy on a gourmet walk showcasing the flavours of the Valais region. Along this accessible 12.5 km route, let yourself be guided from stop to stop to sample regional specialities in an exceptional natural setting.

Throughout the day, winemakers, restaurateurs and local partners will introduce you to their products in a friendly atmosphere, punctuated by musical entertainment.

The gourmet trail:

- Crêt du Midi (9.00 am – 10.30 am): coffee & croissant
- Buvette de Tsartsey (10.00 am – 12.00 pm): Valais platter and Dôle Blanche from the Jean-Louis Mathieu winery
- Chiesso (10.30 am – 1.00 pm): game speciality prepared by caterer Arnaud Bruttin, served with Johannisberg from the Vieux Village winery
- La Lé refreshment stand (11.00 – 15.00): raclette with Fendant from La Pertille winery, coffee with a splash of liqueur (abricotine or génépi) served by the La Lé refreshment stand
- Refuge du Bisse (14.00 – 16.00): Tasting of craft beers and ciders, Brasserie La Marmotte
- Buvette du Lavioz (3.00 pm – 8.00 pm): Lemongrass mousse, lemon balm jelly, fresh raspberries, fleur de sel crumble and milk flavoured with vanilla, lavender and abricotine. Live music

The entry fee includes all tastings as well as a glass of wine paired with each culinary stop (or a soft drink).
