
Patrick Crispini is presenting a recital and talk dedicated to Rainer Maria Rilke, a leading figure in European poetry. An immersive journey into the poet’s world, followed by a convivial raclette dinner.
One hundred years after the death of Rainer Maria Rilke, one of the greatest German-language poets, follow in the footsteps of his work and his special connection with Valais.
Through a recital-lecture combining storytelling, images and music, Patrick Crispini, conductor and author of the book "L’Ange & la Rose", invites you to rediscover Rilke’s life, thought and legacy. This evening will focus in particular on the places that left their mark on the poet, including Muzot Castle in Veyras, where he completed the Duino Elegies and the Sonnets to Orpheus.
Open to all, this event offers a sensitive and vivid insight into Rilke’s world, blending literature, history and emotion.
The evening will continue in a warm and friendly atmosphere with a raclette served after the event.
