- Confirmation by the Federal Court that the procedures undertaken by the municipality with a view to partially modifying its zoning plan (PAZ) and its municipal building and zoning regulations (RCCZ) were carried out in accordance with the law and in the overriding public interest.
- Support from the Canton of Valais and the Swiss Confederation (85% funding).
- Planned commissioning by 2026.

Converting bearer shares into registered shares
Following the new law on the implementation of the recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (effective from 01.11.2019), bearer shares must be converted into registered shares.
As the deadline of 31 October 2024 has now passed, it is no longer possible to convert bearer shares into registered shares.
