Forest fire danger - Level 5

The forest fire danger has been increased to 5 for our region. This means stricter restrictions must be observed. Details below.

Open fires are prohibited, so the fire pits at the municipality's picnic areas remain closed off with signs.

Rules :
- Only light fires outdoors with extreme caution or refrain from doing so altogether.
- Pay attention to information on the internet, radio, television, and in newspapers! Strictly observe fire bans.
- Never throw away cigarettes and lit matches without further ado.
- Use fixed fire pits as much as possible and do not light fires directly on the ground.
- Keep a constant watch on any fires you have lit and extinguish any sparks immediately.
- Do not leave a fire pit or its surroundings until it has completely extinguished.
- In case of strong winds and gusts, refrain from lighting any fires outdoors.
- Only set off fireworks in areas explicitly authorized by the local municipality.
