Request for support for an event or project

Supporting tourist events in Vercorin is fully in line with the Destination's strategy.

The ‘Events’ Commission was created to provide financial and logistical assistance to organisers. It brings together entities such as Vercorin Tourisme SA, the Vercorin Development Society, the Verco R2 Association and Swisspeak Resorts.

Projects brought to its attention will be analysed by the members of the Committee, who will do their utmost to assist and support the organisers.

Support allocation process
To be eligible for support, an event must be sponsored by an organising committee that assumes organisational and financial responsibility for the event.

The application must be submitted at least three months before the date of the event. The information collected will provide a better understanding of the event, identify the needs expressed and provide practical assistance to the organisers.

Based on the information provided and within the limits of its resources, the Commission will determine the support it can provide, in accordance with its criteria policy. A service contract will then be proposed to the organiser. The organiser may be required to provide something in return, such as displaying the Destination's logos on its communication materials.

Key criteria
To receive financial support, the event must have a tourism dimension (expected benefits). The date chosen, the expected audience and the budget will then help to refine the evaluation of the project.
