They invite you to discover a gourmet menu designed to tantalise your taste buds, for moments of pure pleasure and well-being.

The cuisine showcases local produce, iconic fondues and beautiful cuts of meat, offered as fun table-top cooking for enthusiasts, or prepared by the chef for perfectly cooked dishes.
The restaurant is open continuously from 11 a.m. for a meal with family or friends, but also for a gourmet break after a walk in the fresh air.
From 2pm to 6pm, it's time for tapas and delicacies: Valais platter, Calvados-roasted Camembert... (see the menu).
Not to mention a medley of homemade gourmet desserts, such as chocolate fondant or panna cotta, ideal for a sweet treat.
From 6pm onwards, Le Brieytchon prepares to welcome its customers for an intimate à la carte dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In fine weather, Le Brieytchon extends outside with a pretty terrace, perfect for sharing a drink or a gourmet meal.
