The cuisine showcases local produce, iconic fondues and fine cuts of meat, served either cooked at the table for enthusiasts, or expertly prepared by the chef.

The restaurant is open all day from 11am, for a meal with family or friends, or for a gourmet break after a walk in the fresh air.

- Kitchen open all day from 11.45am to 5pm
- Evening service from 6pm to 7.30pm

A medley of delicious homemade desserts, such as crème brûlée or panna cotta, perfect for a sweet treat.

From 6 pm, Le Brieytchon prepares to welcome its guests for an intimate, à la carte dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

On sunny days, Le Brieytchon extends outdoors with a lovely terrace, perfect for sharing a drink or a delicious meal.
