As for meats, Le Brieytchon celebrates slow-cooked meats and grilled meats for sharing.
True to its Valais roots, the restaurant also offers several fondues: the Valais cheese fondue, based on AOP raclettes, the Brébichette, smooth and subtle with its sheep's and goat's cheeses, or the Mulligan fondue, based on beef marinated in Daniel Mollier's homemade broth.
Children are not forgotten, with simple, gourmet dishes.
