On this tour, you'll have the opportunity to discover the secrets of cheese-making on the Tracui mountain pasture. Daniel will guide you through each stage of the process, from the reception of fresh milk to the careful maturing of the cheeses.
After this immersion in the world of cheese, it's time for a tasting! You'll have the opportunity to taste the tomme and sérac cheeses from the mountain pastures.
You'll also be able to buy some on site (cash only), to take home with you as a delicious souvenir of your visit.
